Rules of coexistence
At our residence, we strive to offer a comfortable, safe, tidy, and pleasant environment for everyone. To achieve this, it is essential that each resident acts with respect, responsibility, and common sense in their daily life.
The following rules of coexistence aim to facilitate a good relationship between colleagues, take care of the facilities and guarantee the rest and well-being of the entire community.
RESPECT AMONG RESIDENTS

All residents must maintain a polite, respectful, and courteous demeanor. Offensive behavior, disrespect, insults, threats, harassment, or any conduct that creates a negative atmosphere or discomfort among residents will not be permitted.
It is important to respect the privacy, belongings, and personal space of others. You should not enter other residents' rooms or use their belongings without their permission.
CLEANING AND HYGIENE

Each resident will be responsible for keeping their room clean and tidy. Likewise, everyone must leave the common areas clean after use, especially the kitchen, dining room, laundry room, shared bathrooms, and study or lounge areas.
Food scraps, dirty utensils, trash, and personal belongings should not be left in shared spaces. Keeping the residence clean is a shared responsibility and a sign of respect for others.
REST AND NOISE

Everyone's rest must be respected, especially during nighttime hours. Shouting, loud music, noisy gatherings, slamming doors, or any activity that may disturb other residents should be avoided, particularly in bedrooms, hallways, and common areas.
It is recommended to keep the volume moderate for conversations, mobile devices, computers and televisions throughout the day, and to be extremely quiet during rest hours.
USE OF COMMON AREAS

The common areas are intended for the use and enjoyment of all residents, so they must be used responsibly. It is necessary to take care of the furniture, appliances, decor, and other facilities, avoiding damage, misuse, or inappropriate behavior.
After using any common area, it must be left tidy and in suitable condition for other residents to use. It is not permitted to improperly reserve spaces or occupy them with personal belongings for extended periods.
KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM

The kitchen and dining area are shared spaces that require special care. Each resident must clean the utensils, surfaces, and appliances they use, as well as remove their food and waste after use.
Food must be stored properly in designated areas and clearly labeled if required by the residence. Leaving spoiled food or occupying more space than necessary in storage areas, closets, or living spaces is prohibited. These areas must be left tidy and in suitable condition for other residents. Improperly reserving spaces or occupying them with personal belongings for extended periods is also prohibited.
FACILITY CARE

All residents must cooperate in the upkeep of the residence. Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or irresponsible behavior may result in liability or remediation.
Taking care of common facilities and furniture contributes to overall well-being and helps maintain a pleasant environment for everyone.
